Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy.
This means that you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return under our voluntary return policy, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with any original tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Please contact us before returning an item. Once your return has been accepted, we will provide you with information on how and where to send your item.
These requirements apply only to our voluntary 30-day return policy and do not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal or any other statutory warranty rights.

Damages, Issues or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after receiving it.
If an item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@denisthiel.com.
We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Exceptions to Our Voluntary Return Policy
Certain items may be excluded from our voluntary return policy. This may include, in particular, individually made or personalised products, as well as other goods that may be excluded from voluntary returns due to their nature.

Gift cards are excluded from our voluntary return policy to the extent permitted by law.
These provisions apply to our voluntary return policy only. Whether the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded for a particular product is determined exclusively by the applicable statutory provisions.

If you would like a different item, size or variant, the simplest option is to return the item you received in accordance with the applicable return or withdrawal conditions and place a separate order for the desired item.

As a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract concluded with us within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement. You may, for example, send us an email.
You may also use the model withdrawal form provided below. Use of this form is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you use the electronic withdrawal function, you will receive an electronic confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal without undue delay.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery.
Additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us will not be reimbursed.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal to:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
Whether this exception applies to a particular product is determined by the applicable statutory requirements.

Refunds Under Our Voluntary Return Policy
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take some additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
