1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store.

A consumer within the meaning of these General Terms and Conditions is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or self-employed professional activity.

2. Offers and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of our products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer to enter into a purchase contract.

You may select products and add them to your shopping cart. Before submitting your order, you can review and, if necessary, change your information and the products selected.

By submitting your order using the designated order button, you make a binding offer to purchase the products contained in your shopping cart.

After we receive your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email. This initially confirms only that we have received your order.

The purchase contract is concluded when we expressly confirm your order, accept payment, or begin processing or shipping your order.

If, in exceptional circumstances, we are unable to accept an order, we will inform you and refund any payments already received.

3. Products and Product Representation

We make every effort to represent our products in the online store as accurately as possible.

However, depending on the screen, device, and settings used, colors, proportions, or other visual characteristics may differ slightly from the actual product.

The relevant product description and the information provided at the time of ordering determine the characteristics of a product.

For print-on-demand products and other individually produced items, minor production-related variations may occur as a result of the respective manufacturing process. Your statutory rights in the event of defects remain unaffected.

We reserve the right to modify products, remove them from our range, or limit their availability.

4. Prices and Payment

The prices displayed in the online store at the time of your order apply.

Unless otherwise stated, prices include the applicable statutory value-added tax.

Additional shipping costs may apply. The amount of any shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your order.

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply. These are imposed by the relevant authorities in the destination country and, where required by law, are payable by the recipient.

The available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Payments are processed through Shopify and the respective payment service providers selected during checkout.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, payment, and contact information when placing your order.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided during the ordering process.

Some of our products are produced only after your order has been received. Production and delivery times may therefore vary depending on the product.

Unless expressly stated as binding, delivery times are estimates.

For production and shipping, we work with print-on-demand and fulfillment service providers such as Printegy, Printify, and Printful, as well as their respective production and shipping partners.

As a result, individual products within the same order may be produced and shipped separately.

In the event of delivery delays outside our immediate control, we will inform you where relevant information is available to us.

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods generally passes only when the goods are handed over to you or to a recipient designated by you.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Voluntary Return Policy

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts.

Our voluntary return policy does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal.

For products that are made individually according to your personal specifications or are clearly tailored to your personal requirements, the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded in accordance with applicable law.

7. Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, variant, or product, you may be required to return the original item and place a separate new order for the desired product.

8. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

The rights of third parties, including Shopify and other service providers and trademark owners, remain unaffected.

Our online store is technically provided through Shopify.

Shopify provides the technical store and checkout infrastructure and may also be involved in payment processing and other technical functions.

We are liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

We are also liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health where we are responsible for such damages.

In the event of a slightly negligent breach of a material contractual obligation, our liability is limited to the typical and foreseeable damage. Material contractual obligations are obligations whose fulfillment is essential for the proper performance of the contract and on whose fulfillment you may regularly rely.

Statutory liability provisions, in particular those under product liability law, remain unaffected.

Any limitation of liability does not apply where we have fraudulently concealed a defect or expressly provided a guarantee.

18. Force Majeure and Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or obstacles to performance where these result from events that we cannot influence despite exercising reasonable care.

Such events may include significant disruptions affecting transport service providers, natural events, government measures, labor disputes, major technical failures, or comparable circumstances.

Any statutory rights available to you as a result of delay or non-performance remain unaffected.

19. Severability

If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is or becomes wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

The relevant statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provision.

20. Applicable Law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If you are a consumer and have your habitual residence in another country, mandatory consumer protection provisions of that country remain unaffected.

The statutory rules governing jurisdiction apply to consumers.

21. Changes to These General Terms and Conditions

The version of these General Terms and Conditions valid at the time the respective contract is concluded generally applies to an order.

We may amend these General Terms and Conditions for future orders, particularly if legal requirements, our services, or the technical structure of our online store change.

The current version will be available on our website.

Changes do not apply retroactively to contracts already concluded unless expressly agreed or required by law.
